We believe every child can achieve, and we continually encourage high aspirations amongst pupils and staff.  To this end, leaders adopt an evidence-informed approach to developing all aspects of school provision and are committed to high quality professional development of staff, so that we have an exceptional curriculum and pedagogy at the school. High quality pastoral care and support aligned with diagnostic assessment of needs and targeted interventions, help to ensure appropriate provision for every individual.
